AEGIS FUNDED provides proprietary trading evaluation and funding services. Our platform allows traders to demonstrate their skills through trading challenges, with the opportunity to trade with firm capital upon successful completion.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are legally available. You are responsible for determining whether your participation in our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Traders must comply with specific challenge rules including daily loss limits, drawdown restrictions, and minimum trading day requirements. Violation of these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of any unrealized gains.
Challenge fees are non-refundable. Additional fees may apply for account resets, data subscriptions, or other services. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEGIS FUNDED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AEGIS FUNDED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
